Maintain Agreements
During recent work in implementing Part-Public Holidays into our payroll software we have noticed that some clients have a Public Holiday minimum of 4 hours defined for Casual employees which is contrary to the Registered & Licensed Clubs 2010 Award section 29.3(a). This update will set the minimum hours for a Casual employee to 0 on a Public Holiday.
