As a valued Pulse software user, you are covered by our comprehensive Software for Life policy which means you’ll always have access to upgrades and enhancements free of charge. Included in software maintenance are the following support items:

  • All phone support, including by remote access, email and use of the local call number.
  • All purchased version enhancements will be provided free of charge.
  • On-site support if required at our then current rates.
