Christmas Eve Partial Public Holiday
In Northern Territory and South Australia Christmas Eve is a public holiday from 7:00PM till Midnight. Recent press reports suggest Queensland will also gazette Christmas Eve as a public holiday from 6:00PM till Midnight.
This update implements partial public holidays to preempt these changes.
To implement this change the Date stored in Maintain Public Holidays is now a date and time value. Standard all day Public Holidays will have a time value of 12:00 AM while partial day Public Holidays will have the public holiday start time.
