- A requirement that the PAYG Summaries report connect to the database via named pipes has been removed.
- Breaking Change! The timesheet interpretation engine no longer prevents a Night Shift penalty calculation when an Early Shift penalty has already been calculated. This is considered a breaking change because it is possible both penalties have been defined on an agreement but the code previously prevented the Night Shift penalty from being calculated.
The system now allows both a Night Shift penalty and an Early Shift penalty to be calculated. This allows the Night Shift penalty to be phased out and the Early Shift penalty to be phased in over the five years to 30th June 2014.
Night Shift penalty factors for all agreements/NAPSA in all states should be set to zero except the NSW Pre 1999 NAPSA (Transitioning). For this NAPSA the factor should be set to 1.
